Standard entitlements at a promotional rate while the configured offer remains open.
The full core venue booking and operations workflow for one location.
Everything in Standard plus multi-venue management and deeper business visibility.
Invite-first onboarding for connected and centralized multi-venue workflows.
Standard and Founding default to one venue. Pro and Enterprise default to unlimited venues. Limits are enforced server-side and never delete existing venue data.
Pro and Enterprise include Overview, Sales, Bookings, Packages, and Customers reports plus CSV exports. Managers can see operational reports without financial metrics.
Pro and Enterprise unlock the tenant branding editor for logo, primary color, public booking heading, and intro text. Package images remain available independently.
Enterprise Owners and Admins can create scoped tokens to read venues, packages, bookings, and customers, with optional booking creation through normal scheduling rules.
Enterprise onboarding can track implementation status, contact, kickoff timing, and the agreed scope for setup, migration, training, or integration.
Enterprise carries an explicit priority-support designation. All tenant users can submit beta feedback or contact support from inside VenueDesk.
Stripe Checkout bills the selected VenueDesk SaaS plan. The venue can separately connect its own Stripe account so eligible event deposits and balances are charged in that venue account.
Plan changes use the linked Stripe Price and normal Stripe subscription behavior. VenueDesk plan entitlements control product access, venue limits, reports, branding, API access, and onboarding features.
Use Standard for one venue, Pro for multiple venues and reporting, or contact VenueDesk for Enterprise onboarding and API access.
