Contact VenueDesk for sales, setup, and support.
Contact VenueDesk when you need help choosing a plan, preparing a workspace, understanding a feature, discussing an Enterprise requirement, or resolving an issue with an existing account. Give us enough context to understand the venue, the workflow, and what you are trying to accomplish.
What to include in your message
For a product or sales question, tell us how many venues you operate and which parts of the workflow matter most, such as scheduling, contracts, online payments, customer access, reporting, branding, or API connectivity. For an existing account, include the business name and a clear description of the problem, but do not send passwords, card numbers, API keys, or other secrets.
Questions about plans and setup
Standard is intended for the complete core workflow at one venue. Pro adds multi-venue operation, advanced reporting and CSV exports, and custom tenant branding. Enterprise adds scoped API access, custom onboarding, and priority-support designation. The pricing page shows the current plan structure, while the setup and onboarding guide explains what happens after signup.
Enterprise and integration discussions
Enterprise conversations are most useful when you describe the systems you want to connect, the data you need to read or create, the number of venues involved, and any implementation requirements. VenueDesk Enterprise supports tenant-scoped API access and custom onboarding rather than promising a general integrations marketplace.
Tell us what you need.
Submit the form and your message will be delivered to the VenueDesk system email. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so the response can come directly back to you.
Before sending sensitive information
Do not include account passwords, MFA recovery codes, Stripe credentials, SMTP keys, API tokens, or payment card information in the contact form. If troubleshooting requires sensitive configuration, we will use an appropriate secure method after the initial conversation.
