VenueDesk Terms of Service
Pre-launch draft. This page is an operational outline and should receive legal review before VenueDesk accepts public subscriptions.
Service
VenueDesk provides hosted software for venue administration and booking workflows. The service may be updated as features are developed, refined, or replaced.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and managing the staff access granted within their workspace.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access begins after successful checkout and tenant provisioning. The price, billing interval, taxes, cancellation terms, and any trial or promotional terms shown during Stripe Checkout are part of the subscription transaction. VenueDesk may suspend service for unpaid or invalid subscription status rather than deleting customer data immediately.
Customer content
Customers remain responsible for venue information, booking content, customer information, branding, and other content entered into their workspace, including having the rights and permissions needed to process that information.
Acceptable use
VenueDesk may not be used to violate law, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse other users, or process information the customer is not authorized to collect.
Availability and support
VenueDesk aims to provide a reliable hosted service, but final service levels, maintenance expectations, support channels, and remedies should be documented before public launch.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, or material violation of the final Terms of Service. Data handling after cancellation should follow the published retention and deletion policy.
Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected]. VenueDesk should publish its final legal business identity before public launch.
